Flight Cancellation
Plans change. Here is how cancellations and refunds work, and how we make the process painless.
Cancel my flight
If your travel plans have changed, you may be able to cancel your booking. Your options depend on the fare rules attached to your ticket and the airline's policy. The fastest way to find out is to call us at +1 (866) 460 1474 with your booking reference; an agent will check the rules and tell you exactly what you are entitled to before anything is cancelled.
Cancellation requests
Submit requests by phone or email. We review the ticket conditions with the airline or issuing supplier and confirm the outcome in writing. Cancellations are not final until you receive our confirmation email.
Refund eligibility
Refund availability depends on fare type, airline policy, and timing. Refundable fares return cash to your original payment method. Many discounted fares are non-refundable but may qualify for an airline travel credit, minus any airline penalty.
3. U.S. DOT 24-hour rule
Full refund within 24 hours
For flights to, from, or within the United States booked at least 7 days before departure, you can cancel within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund with no penalty, regardless of fare type. Contact us inside that window and we will process it immediately.
4. Airline-initiated cancellations & major schedule changes
If the airline cancels your flight or makes a significant schedule change and you choose not to travel, you are entitled to a full refund to your original form of payment, even on non-refundable fares. We will also help you rebook on the next available flight at no extra fare if you prefer. Compensation for delays or cancellations is governed by the operating airline's policy and applicable regulations.
5. Processing time
Once a refund is approved, airlines typically release funds within 7 to 14 business days, though some carriers take up to one or two billing cycles. We track every refund and follow up with the airline on your behalf. Travel credits are usually issued within 48 hours and are valid for the period set by the airline (commonly 12 months from the original ticket date).
6. Fees
- Airline cancellation penalties are set by the airline and deducted from any refund or credit.
- Our agency service fee for processing a cancellation is disclosed before you confirm; it is waived for 24-hour-rule cancellations and airline-initiated cancellations.
- Booking service fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable unless required by law.
Important note
We provide travel information and booking assistance services. Refunds, cancellations, and credits are approved and issued by the airline or booking provider responsible for the reservation. Our role is to manage that process for you and keep you informed at every step.
